How long does shipping take?

Every item is made to order, so please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order ships. Once it ships, standard delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days within the US.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. Email us right away at Justlivin230@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Why is everything made to order?

We print and produce each item only after you order it. This means less waste, no overstock, and a small-batch approach to every piece we make.

How do I find my size?

Check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Because items are made to order, we're unable to accept exchanges for sizing issues, so we always recommend double checking measurements first.

Will colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations can happen between screens and the final printed product.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

We'll make it right. Email us within 14 days of delivery at Justlivin230@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Can I return an item if I just don't like it?

Since every item is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for sizing or change of mind. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
